[Xzana had left the safety of her lakeside home in order to hunt. Since her return from the draft she had hidden there and tried to ignore the nightmares that plagued her since her death. Would have happily stayed deep below it's surface forever except she knew better than to eat all the fish there. She needed to let some of them grow.
A human bent over some plant was not the deer she had been hoping to find. The long limb woman probably would have left Ginko to his own devices, but there was something about the way he bent, studying the plant, that reminded her of a friend from her home world. Casimir after all had once told her that he enjoyed her company when he studied so certainly this was normal. She had nothing to say, but was always amused by humans efforts to try to understand the world around them. She wonders if maybe this human would chatter on in excitement as well if some sort of discovery was made. She never understood the discovery itself, but the emotion behind it was always fun to watch.]
